Dear Friends,

Thank you for coming out to the shows, liking my Facebook and Instagram pictures, inviting me to play your parties, supporting my dreams, and being a part of my life. I love and appreciate all of you. You make life fun and exciting. I am so grateful that music has brought us together and continues to bring us fulfillment, both socially and within our own hearts.

I just want to beam good vibes your way as we enter into 2018! Thank you for encouraging me and helping me become the artist and person I am today!

My plans for 2018:

First, I am pleased to announce that I will be getting married to my best friend in the world in March. Send Marc and me your happy marriage prayers! He is amazing and supportive and everything I ever wanted in a husband. I feel so lucky to have him in my life.

Second, my sister Deda is becoming quite the famous visual artist! Her work is now being showcased in multiple restaurants and venues across the country and she is hosting her second art show this SAT JAN 6 at The Grateful Fed in St. Pete, FL.

Come on out! It is a highly interactive, collaborative event featuring local artists and musicians of all mediums.

Third! I am so pleased to announce that I will graduate with my B.A. in English this May 2018. I’m really proud of myself for going back to school and finishing my degree. Education has given me so much peace and awareness. I’m really proud of myself for sticking it out and if you’re thinking about pursuing higher education, I 100% support you. Education continues to change my life, just like the experience of playing music. I am grateful for the balance of the two, where music nurtures the soul and the spirit, and education inspires and broadens the edges of the mind.

So now, I am pleased to announce that I have been accepted to Stetson College of Law and will begin my graduate studies in Fall of 2018. I know! I didn’t see that one coming either, but you all have inspired me so much and I have such a deep love for society because of our connection through music, that I want to be able to help and give back. I feel that education and policy are the foundations of the future and I see legal studies as intertwined with music and look forward to how it all comes together.

Just know! I will continue to perform, tour, write, record, produce music, and be an active, positive influence in the community as a performer, music instructor, and volunteer. I’m still gonna be a rockstar too, so wish me luck!

And, if you have a guitar or an instrument, I hope you play it more in 2018 than ever before! So much love for you. Hugs! Marc and I send our best to you and your loved ones in 2018 and can’t wait to see you at our wedding, at a show… where ever we meet again. <3

Love,

Amber
